Chassis-mounted undermount genset with the proven SG-3500 platform. 15 kW output, 24.4 HP Yanmar engine, optional telematics, and 7-year CARB compliance for road operations.

Proven Yanmar Diesel
2.1L 4-cylinder direct-injection engine producing 24.4 HP (18.2 kW) at 1800 rpm. Direct-drive fan, no timing belt, designed for 25,000 hours of operation with normal maintenance.
High-Capacity Alternator
190 mm stack length wound-field alternator delivers 14% greater capacity than the previous SG-3000. Supports the high-load compressor start that would stall other gensets.
Robust Long-Life Frame
Fully-automated robotic welding, advanced solvent pre-treatment, and higher-strength low-alloy steel. Frame integrity validated through Multi Axial Shaking Test (MAST) to 1.9 million miles.
SG-3500 Genset Controller
Self-contained microprocessor with CAN bus, variable-speed control, automatic pre-heat, automatic pre-trip, internal diagnostics, hour meter, English/Spanish menus, and exterior USB download port.
Flexible Fuel Tank Options
Standard 50-gallon undermount tank with 30 and 80-gallon optional configurations. Anti-siphon at 30 GPM fill rate, drain plug for purging contaminants.
Optional Telematics
GSM + GPS module with 180-day backup battery. Reports location, fuel level, battery voltage, controller parameters, hour meter, and alarms — even when the genset is powered off.
