Clip-on generator set for ISO containers built on the proven SG-3500 platform. 15 kW output, 24.4 HP Yanmar engine, EPA Tier IV Final, 7-year CARB compliance, and optional telematics.
Benefits
Clip-On Mounting
Designed for mounting to the upper front structure of an ISO container. Quick connection to upper container corner castings with steel pin clamps and ¼-turn latches.
Refrigeration-Unit Compatibility
Genset envelope considers access to control boxes on Thermo King, Carrier, StarCool, Daikin, and Klinge refrigeration units, for either standard or high-cube containers.
Yanmar 486 Diesel
2.1L 4-cylinder direct-injection engine producing 24.4 HP at 1800 rpm. Direct-drive fan, no timing belt, designed for 25,000 hours of operation under normal maintenance.
High-Capacity Alternator
190 mm wound-field alternator delivers 14% more capacity than the previous SG-3000 generation — proven reliability under high-load compressor starts.
SG-3500 Controller
Self-contained microprocessor with CAN bus, variable-speed operation, automatic pre-heat and pre-trip, hour meter, English/Spanish menus, and exterior USB download port.
Optional Telematics
GSM + GPS module reports location, fuel level, controller parameters, and alarms whether the genset is on or off — backed by a 180-day backup battery.
