Common-Rail Diesel Engine
4-cylinder, 2.2L compression-ignition engine producing 29.4 HP (21.9 kW) at 1800 rpm with 116 Nm of torque. Common-rail direct injection delivers reliable starting and clean combustion.
DOC After-Treatment
Diesel Oxidation Catalyst exhaust system meets CARB and EPA Tier IV Final requirements without the maintenance burden of a Diesel Particulate Filter.
SG-5000c Genset Controller
Self-contained microprocessor with CAN bus, variable-speed operation for fuel savings, automatic pre-trip, internal diagnostics, hour meter, multilingual menus, and a USB download port.
Standard Telematics
GSM + GPS antenna with internal backup battery (180-day life at one report per day). Reports location, fuel level, controller parameters, hour meter, and alarms whether the genset is on or off.
Marine-Grade Construction
Stainless-steel hardware, multi-stage solvent and chemical pre-treatment, polyester TGIC powder-coat finish. Validated to 1,000-hour salt spray test (ASTM B-117) with no blisters or rust.
